Embo Plant and Sound Journey

This immersive journey will focus on intentional cleansing. As we transition into autumn and the rains begin to fall, we will embark on a transformative experience supported by micro-doses of the Golden Teachers. Sound is an essential element of African healing practices, and Nkosenathi, alongside Embo Ethongweni , will guide us through this sonic journey, holding the sacred space with ancient chants and rooted African instruments.

The evening will conclude with a nourishing meal shared in community, prepared by Chef Mganam, who specializes in African cuisine.

Nkosenathi E. Koela is a South African scholar, sound artist, and iGqirha (initiated healer) whose work explores the intersection of sound therapy, technology, and cultural practices.
